Privacy Policy
Version 4.0-AU-2026-08-04 - Effective 4 August 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the legal supplier trading as Ameep Trader Pro collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information connected with the website, signup, checkout, member portal, licensing, downloads, training, support and marketing.
2. Information collected
Information may include name, email, mobile number, date of birth, address, country, password hash, trading profile, referral details, coupon use, typed and drawn signature, legal acceptances, selected plan, payment status, Stripe customer/subscription/payment references, licence key, device/HWID information, IP address, browser and security logs, support messages, reviews, demo requests and training activity.
3. Card information
Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. ATP does not store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own application database. Payment providers may collect information under their own privacy terms.
4. Purpose of collection
Information is used to verify eligibility, create accounts, process checkout, issue and validate licences, manage one-PC/HWID controls, deliver downloads and training, provide support, administer billing, maintain signed agreement records, prevent fraud, secure the service, improve operations and comply with law.
5. Age verification
Date of birth is used to enforce the 18+ eligibility rule. ATP blocks a person identified as under 18 from creating an account or purchasing a plan. If ATP discovers that an underage person submitted information, ATP may delete or restrict the record subject to legal, fraud and payment-record obligations.
6. Legal and audit records
ATP may retain the selected plan, legal document versions, cryptographic hashes, typed signature, drawn signature, acceptance timestamp, IP address and user agent to evidence the agreement and protect against fraud or disputes.
7. Service providers
ATP may use providers for payment processing, website hosting, databases, email delivery, file storage, analytics, customer support, security, backups and professional services. Providers receive only information reasonably needed for their function and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards where applicable.
8. Overseas disclosure
Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in countries where Stripe, cloud hosting, email, analytics or support infrastructure operates. Where practicable, ATP will identify likely countries or regions in collection notices or this Policy and will take reasonable steps required by applicable privacy law.
9. No sale of personal information
ATP does not sell personal information to advertisers. ATP may disclose information in a genuine business transfer, legal process, fraud investigation or service-provider arrangement subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.
10. Cookies and analytics
The website may use necessary cookies, local storage and analytics to maintain sessions, remember preferences, attribute marketing, understand site use and improve security. Optional analytics or advertising tools should be configured consistently with applicable consent requirements.
11. Direct marketing
ATP may send marketing only where permitted and based on an appropriate consent or existing relationship. Marketing consent is separate from mandatory service communications. A person may unsubscribe using the link or instructions in the message.
12. Security
ATP uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as access controls, password hashing, restricted admin access, HTTPS, audit logging and protected storage. No internet service is completely secure, so customers must also protect their password, email account and devices.
13. Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, licence security, support, billing, taxation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, backups and audit requirements. Records may be de-identified or securely deleted when no longer required.
14. Access and correction
You may request access to or correction of personal information by contacting support@ameeptraderpro.com. ATP may need to verify identity and may refuse or limit access where permitted by law, with reasons where required.
15. Complaints
Privacy complaints should be sent to support@ameeptraderpro.com with sufficient detail. ATP will acknowledge and investigate the complaint and communicate an outcome within a reasonable period. You may also have a right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
16. Data breaches
ATP maintains processes to assess suspected data breaches and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme or another law applies, notify affected individuals and the relevant regulator as required.
17. Third-party links
ATP may link to NinjaTrader, brokers, Stripe, social platforms or other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and ATP is not responsible for how an independent third party handles information.
18. Changes and contact
This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be displayed. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@ameeptraderpro.com.
