1. Important warning
Trading futures, forex, CFDs, options, cryptoassets and other leveraged or volatile markets carries substantial risk and may not be suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of the capital allocated to trading.
2. 18+ only
ATP accounts, purchases and software use are restricted to persons aged 18 years or older. An age restriction is not an assessment that trading is suitable for an adult.
3. Software and education only
ATP provides software tools, automation features and general educational material for self-directed users. ATP does not manage accounts, execute trades for customers or provide personalised trade recommendations.
4. No personal financial advice
Information is general and does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, needs, experience, tax position or risk tolerance. ATP is not an Australian Financial Services Licensee and does not provide personal financial product advice.
5. Seek professional advice
Consider obtaining advice from an appropriately licensed financial adviser, tax professional or lawyer before making financial or legal decisions. Understand the product disclosure, broker agreement and exchange or prop-firm rules that apply to you.
6. Leverage and loss
Leverage can amplify gains and losses. Market gaps, volatility, liquidity and rapid price movement can create losses greater than expected and may prevent execution at a requested price.
7. Automation risk
Automation cannot remove risk. A strategy can enter, exit, reverse, trail, stop or submit orders differently from expectations because of settings, market conditions, partial fills, slippage, latency, rejected orders, duplicate connections, platform state or user error.
8. Technology risk
Internet interruption, computer failure, operating-system updates, NinjaTrader changes, broker outages, exchange issues, data-feed errors, clock differences, API changes and software bugs may interrupt or alter operation.
9. Broker and execution risk
Order acceptance, routing, fills, commissions, margin, liquidation and account restrictions are controlled by the broker, exchange or third party. ATP cannot guarantee execution, price, latency or account treatment.
10. Prop-firm risk
Prop firms may change rules, drawdown calculations, payout requirements, prohibited practices, platform access or account status. ATP does not guarantee a challenge pass, funded account, payout or continuing eligibility.
11. No guaranteed earnings
ATP does not guarantee profit, income, a particular win rate, recovery of losses, maximum drawdown, daily target, trade frequency or any financial outcome.
12. Hypothetical and backtested results
Backtests, optimisations, simulations and hypothetical results have limitations. They may use hindsight, idealised fills, historical assumptions or data that differs from live conditions. Actual results may vary materially.
13. Screenshots, videos and testimonials
Screenshots, example trades, videos, account results and testimonials illustrate individual or simulated experiences. They are not promises, typical-result claims or reliable indicators of future performance.
14. User configuration
You are responsible for instrument, account, quantity, stop loss, target, session, news filters, strategy modules, account limits, broker connection and all other settings. Incorrect configuration can create significant loss.
15. Simulation first
ATP strongly recommends installation testing, market replay or simulation, order-flow verification and small controlled risk before any live use. Simulation does not eliminate the risks of live trading.
16. Independent responsibility
You decide whether to trade and remain solely responsible for every account, order and result. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
17. No solicitation
Nothing on the website, portal, training, software interface or support channel is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell a financial product.
18. Acceptance
By purchasing or using ATP, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understand the risks and accept responsibility for determining whether the software is appropriate for your circumstances.
