Terms & Conditions

Version 4.0-AU-2026-08-04 - Effective 4 August 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the website, account creation, checkout, member portal, software, licence keys, protected downloads, training content, demonstrations, support, updates and related digital services supplied under the Ameep Trader Pro brand (ATP). The legal supplier is the person or entity identified at checkout and on the customer invoice. By creating an account, selecting the required acceptance boxes, submitting an electronic signature, paying for a plan or using ATP, you agree to these Terms.

2. Minimum age and authority

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. ATP does not permit a person under 18 to create an account, purchase a plan or use the software. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party.

3. Software and education only

ATP supplies software tools, automation features, training resources and general educational information for self-directed users. ATP does not operate a managed account, place trades for you, hold client funds, act as a broker, or provide personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Available plans and current pricing

The Launch Membership is currently AUD $3,499 at checkout. The first month of active membership is included, followed by AUD $249/month until cancelled. Lifetime Access is currently AUD $14,999 as a one-time ATP licence fee with no recurring ATP membership charge. Prices, taxes, discounts and inclusions shown in the final Stripe checkout summary apply to the transaction.

5. Launch Membership

The Launch Membership includes the ATP software licence, one nominated PC/HWID activation, member portal access, standard onboarding resources, protected downloads, training resources, standard product updates and support while the membership remains active. After the included first month, the membership renews at AUD $249/month until cancelled.

6. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is a one-time AUD $14,999 ATP licence purchase. It has no recurring ATP membership fee. The customer receives non-expiring access to the purchased ATP product licence and, while the ATP product family remains commercially offered and technically supported, future standard ATP bot releases, standard versions, maintenance updates and standard member training updates are included without an additional ATP licence fee.

7. Meaning and limits of Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access does not mean that every future product, service or cost from ATP or a third party is included. It excludes separately branded or unrelated future products, bespoke development, custom strategy work, private consulting, premium services expressly sold separately, third-party indicators or licences, NinjaTrader fees, broker fees, market-data fees, prop-firm fees, internet, hardware, taxes and other third-party costs unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. ATP may retire a product where continued operation is unlawful, technically impossible, insecure, or incompatible with a discontinued third-party platform, but will act reasonably and provide notice where practicable.

8. Checkout and payment processing

Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes payment information. ATP does not store complete card numbers. Before payment, checkout will display the selected plan, amount payable today, whether recurring billing applies, currency and any valid discount. Customers must review the final checkout summary before submitting payment.

9. Recurring billing and cancellation

The Launch Membership renews automatically at the displayed monthly price until cancelled. A customer may request cancellation through the member billing process or support. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective cancellation date but does not automatically refund amounts already paid. Lifetime Access has no recurring ATP subscription to cancel.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where a statutory guarantee applies, ATP will provide the remedy required by law, which may depend on whether a problem is major or minor.

11. Account information and security

You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your password, email account, licence key, device access and activity through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, fraud or misuse.

12. One customer, one email and one PC/HWID

Unless a written plan states otherwise, one ATP licence is tied to one customer email and one nominated PC or hardware identifier. The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the authorised customer. A genuine device replacement may require an approved HWID reset.

13. HWID resets

HWID reset requests may be reviewed to prevent sharing, resale and misuse. ATP may request reasonable verification. Repeated, suspicious or excessive reset activity may be refused or investigated. A legitimate replacement or repair request will be considered reasonably.

14. Licence activation and validation

The software requires a valid licence, internet access for validation and compatible platform configuration. ATP may suspend trading features where the licence is inactive, expired, cancelled, disputed, fraudulently obtained, shared, tampered with or used outside the authorised scope.

15. Platform and third-party requirements

ATP is designed for supported NinjaTrader versions and depends on third-party platforms, brokers, data feeds, internet services, exchanges and operating systems. You are responsible for maintaining compatible accounts, permissions, connections and hardware. ATP does not control third-party availability, rule changes, pricing or execution.

16. Updates, support and product changes

ATP may release bug fixes, compatibility updates, security changes, new features and revised training. Features may change where reasonably necessary for security, platform compatibility, legal compliance, performance or product improvement. ATP will not use a general update clause to remove a customer's core paid plan rights without a lawful and reasonable basis.

17. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use the software, selecting account size, quantity, stop loss, targets, sessions, instruments, risk settings and whether to trade live or in simulation. You must understand your broker, exchange and prop-firm rules before activation.

18. Prohibited conduct

You must not share, rent, sublicense, resell, publish or distribute the software, source code, licence key, protected downloads or account access. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing, remove ownership notices, interfere with security, scrape restricted content, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use ATP unlawfully.

19. Intellectual property

ATP and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the software, code, indicators, user interface, documentation, training, branding and protected materials. Payment grants the licence rights stated for the selected plan; it does not transfer ownership of the business, source code or intellectual property.

20. Risk and no guarantees

Trading involves substantial risk. ATP does not guarantee profit, income, a funded account, prop-firm approval, a win rate, maximum drawdown, recovery of losses, trade frequency or any particular result. Automation cannot remove market, leverage, slippage, execution, platform, broker, data, internet, configuration or human risk.

21. Backtests, demonstrations and testimonials

Backtests, hypothetical results, simulations, screenshots, videos, demonstrations and testimonials are illustrative and are not promises of future performance. Results may be affected by assumptions, market conditions, data quality, latency, commissions, slippage and user settings. Individual experiences are not necessarily typical.

22. Availability and maintenance

ATP may perform scheduled or urgent maintenance and may temporarily limit access for security, legal, payment or technical reasons. ATP will take reasonable steps to restore service and provide notice where practicable but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

23. Suspension and termination

ATP may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful use, security threats, unauthorised sharing, payment reversal or conduct that risks the service or other users. Where practicable, ATP will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Immediate action may be taken for urgent fraud, security or legal reasons.

24. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, trading losses, loss of opportunity, loss caused by third-party platforms, or loss arising from settings selected by the user. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not limit remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

25. Privacy and electronic records

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. You consent to electronic communications, account records and signatures. The signup record may include your typed name, drawn signature, date and time, IP address, browser information, selected plan, legal document versions and integrity hashes.

26. Marketing communications

Mandatory service messages may be sent for account, licence, security, billing, support and legal notices. Marketing consent is separate from required account communications. Marketing messages will include an available unsubscribe method where required.

27. Changes to these Terms

ATP may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated or displayed with an updated version. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued payment rights or the core non-recurring nature of an already purchased Lifetime Access plan except where required by law.

28. Complaints and disputes

Contact support@ameeptraderpro.com with your name, account email, order reference and a clear description of the issue. ATP will review the matter in good faith and may request information reasonably required to investigate. Nothing prevents a customer from using rights available under applicable consumer law.

29. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. ATP may assign the agreement as part of a genuine business transfer provided customer rights are not materially reduced.
