Refund & Billing Policy
Version 4.0-AU-2026-08-04 - Effective 4 August 2026
1. Purpose
This Refund & Billing Policy explains plan charges, recurring billing, Lifetime Access, cancellation, failed payments, refund requests and statutory consumer remedies.
2. Launch Membership charge
The Launch Membership is currently AUD $3,499 payable at checkout. The first month of active membership is included. Unless cancelled, recurring membership then renews at AUD $249/month.
3. Lifetime Access charge
Lifetime Access is currently AUD $14,999 payable once. It does not create a recurring ATP membership fee. Third-party platform, broker, market-data, prop-firm, hardware, internet and separately priced service costs are not included.
4. Currency, tax and final checkout
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Applicable tax, valid discounts and the amount payable today are shown in the final Stripe checkout summary. The customer must review that summary before paying.
5. Coupons and promotions
A coupon applies only to the plan, component, customer, dates and usage limits stated for that coupon. A coupon cannot be combined or transferred unless expressly allowed. ATP may reject an invalid, expired, restricted, misused or fully redeemed coupon.
6. Digital access and change of mind
Because ATP supplies digital software, licence activation, protected downloads and member resources, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after access or activation has been supplied. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Consumer guarantees
Where a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the available remedy depends on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor. ATP will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, re-supply, cancellation, refund or compensation where applicable.
8. Monthly cancellation
A Launch Membership customer may request cancellation through the member billing process or support. The subscription remains active until the effective cancellation date shown or confirmed. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund earlier payments or the current period.
9. Lifetime plan
Lifetime Access has no recurring ATP payment and therefore has no monthly subscription to cancel. A refund request for Lifetime Access is assessed under this Policy, the Terms, the actual service supplied and applicable law.
10. Failed or overdue payments
A failed recurring payment may result in retry attempts, payment notices, restricted portal access or licence suspension. ATP may restore access after successful payment. ATP will not treat a Lifetime Access customer as overdue for a recurring ATP membership fee.
11. Duplicate or unauthorised transactions
Report a suspected duplicate or unauthorised transaction promptly to support@ameeptraderpro.com and your payment provider. ATP may request identity and transaction information and will investigate reasonably.
12. Chargebacks and disputes
A chargeback or payment reversal may temporarily suspend access while the matter is reviewed. Customers should contact support first where practical. ATP will provide relevant records to the payment provider and will comply with the provider's process and applicable law.
13. Price changes
A change to monthly pricing applies prospectively and will be disclosed as required before it affects a renewal. It does not create a recurring fee for an existing Lifetime Access purchase or require an additional licence fee for standard ATP releases already included in that plan.
14. How to request a remedy
Email support@ameeptraderpro.com with the account email, order or invoice reference, purchase date, plan, description of the problem, troubleshooting already attempted and the remedy requested. ATP may request reasonable evidence needed to assess the issue.
15. Processing and payment method
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Bank and card processing time is controlled by the payment provider. ATP will not require a customer to waive statutory rights as a condition of receiving a remedy.
16. Nothing excludes mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
